Had a great time with friends! The hotel is super close to Sandford Parks Lido and the Town Hall, both just a short walk away. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were helpful. Parking is convenient at the nearby NCP with a discount, but get extra tea bags if you're staying longer.

One downside was the drainage issue in the bathroom that I reported, but it wasn’t resolved during my stay.

Prices for drinks are exorbitant!!! The sofa bed made the family room cramped. A more powerful air conditioning unit would enhance comfort dramatically!!! Dim lighting in the room made it difficult to see clearly.

This was just a smart choice for a quick trip in Cheltenham with reasonable value. The breakfast had powder eggs, which was a bit disappointing but manageable. Make sure to find parking ahead of time since there's no onsite option.

The cleanliness under the beds left a lot to be desired—felt more like a scavenger hunt than a room check. Noise from the nearby street might mess with light sleepers, too, especially with loose covers vibrating in the night.
